After thoroughly cleansing the hair, scoop out a generous amount of masque, placing it into the palm of hand then emulsify by rubbing hands together thoroughly until masque becomes a soft, pliable cream. Starting at the ends of hair, apply going up the hair shaft. Taking your time, working through and massaging into your hair thoroughly. Avoid placing on the scalp. Using fingers, a brush or wide-tooth comb evenly distribute through the hair while detangling the hair. Allow to penetrate, correct & enhance the hair for 10-45 minutes depending on the needs and condition of the hair. Detangle as you go. Rinse well. Repeat if desired.
For more damaged, dry or problemed hair, cover with a plastic cap and/or sit under the dryer. Can also be used with a hair steamer. Rinse well.

This is my favorite conditioner. I have been using it for two years. It makes my hair soft. It makes my hair very manageable. It makes me feel like deciding to become natural 12 years ago was not a mistake. So glad I found this product. I would love it if it came in a larger size.

I love the consistency of the masque. I do wish it had more of a luxuriating smell to it. It's hard to find something that works for my low porosity 4c hair I'm not counting this out yet.
First time user and i will purchase again. I purchased the cleanser, leave in, mask, cream and gelle....it left my hair feeling clean, moisturized and shiny. This product line is worth my coins.
